Ben
If you could type with some sort of grammar it'd be easier to read and understand . Obviously, you've either got a very buggy mod or you're not installing it properly (in which case, this would belong in the modding section). However, you're saying that now your VC doesn't work at all? Even though you've uninstalled it and reinstalled it? Are you sure that you're telling us everything - from what you've described, your VC should still work (if you uninstall and reinstall it fresh)? Any other recent software/hardware changes that may affect your situation? My only suggestion would be to remove VC completely, delete the set file from your user files, and then try a full install again. But don't use the mod - that'll simulate a situation identical to as if you installed VC for the first time. Good luck .
Justin
Calm down, type in sentences and take a little time to read before posting. The pinned topics in this very forum both indicate that modding questions go in the modding forums. Additionally, it is stated that removing any or all of the mods you have installed is an almost fool-proof method of fixing your problems. Ben's beaten me to the punch here, but your best bet is to uninstall, delete the SET file, re-install, and don't install the mods. Then, if you simply must have mods installed, create a copy of the entire GTA Vice City directory and name it "GTA Vice City MODDING" or something similar, just so you can distinguish between the original game files and the ones you've tampered with. Then follow the instructions provided with the mods to the letter. It's quite possible that the mod that's causing the problems is just very badly coded and as such there's not much to do aside from not using it. The bottom line is that the game worked, and now you've modded it, it doesn't. Solution seems simple enough to me.

Justin
All you've done there is provide evidence that agrees 100% with my previous comments. The mod is the problem. Contact the author if you find it an essential add-on. If not, learn to live with mods that aren't coded poorly. The game itself, without mods, is still a fantastic thing. That said, it is possible that the problem lies in your own installation. Follow the instructions that should be provided in the readme to the letter. Ben
Well then, as Fuzzy and myself have both said, it's a problem with the mods themselves (either they're badly made, or you didn't install them properly). And, in that case, as Fuzzy and myself have also said, modding questions belong in the modding section . Your best bet to making it work though is seeing if you can contact the author of the mod(s) and perhaps they'll be able to help you, because we can't right here. But the simple solution is - don't use the mods. Post a request in the Requests forum (see the pinned Vehicles Requests topic) and see if someone else can make the mod(s) that don't seem to be working for you . EDIT - Dang, you beat me to it this time Fuzzy !

Puma06111991
maybe you should try the mod installer? check it HERE. just download the programme, unzip it, download a vehicle you want to install (DONT UNRAR OR UNZIP), and install the mod (i don't know the staps exactly, it's a long time ago i used the vc mod installer )
