Mainland Marauder Posted April 12, 2006 Share Posted April 12, 2006 (edited) Basketball has its challenge but it doesn't really qualify as a typical "R3" side job as it is not needed for 100%, and has no reward outside a nice addition to your stat pages. By comparison, Burglary is not needed for 100% (not including the storyline mission "Home Invasion"), but it nets you a $3,000 bonus and unlimited sprinting ability if you steal $10,000 worth of goods. I never knew about the unlimited sprinting ability after getting loads of stuff in the Burgalary missions. Becuse if that is true I could finally complete the "Beat the Cock" side mission. I went to the basketball courts north of Grove Street, next to the big cone thingies and looked all over, but I can't find a way to start playing basketball. Am I at the wrong court, or is there something I'm not seeing? You have to stand next to the basketball then press triangle for the PS2 version. I don't know the button for the PC version though. (all tags sprayed, all territories conquered, etc...) Maybe you have the "Mad Dogg's Mansion" bug in your game. If you save at his mansion when it's your safehouse the basketballs disappear.
