It was friday night a quiet night for Frank as he sat on his rugged armchair in his middle floor flat. He was waiting for a phone call from his father Jimmy Vincenzo The Don of The Vincenzo Family. As the night passed he waited two long hours an still no call he was getting worried that something might have happened or even worse he could be dead.

 

Frank Thought: What if he took an heart attack or has been caught up in a gunfire or suttin.

 

So he picked up his house phone and rang the restuarant where he was most of the time and where the gang hung out.

 

Frank: it's frank is my father there

 

Restuarant: No sir he hasen't been here for over five hours.

 

Frank: well is Paulie there

 

Restuarant: No he went with your father sir and hasen't been seen since

 

Frank: Ok then phone me if you get any news OK.

 

Restuarant: ok BYE

 

Frank put the phone down and was walking back and fourth in his living room he then decided he should go and look for him himself. So picked up his car keys and went outside to his balck sedan car. He noticed when he switche on his ignition he need petrol so he headed for the nearest garage. He pulled up at the gas station and got out as he was filling his tank he noticed a robbery taking place.

 

Frank thought: hey thats that guy that tried to rob the restuarant yesterday morning....

 

so Frank reached inside his car and pulled out a 9mm handgun out from the glove compartment and started walking up towards the shop. the guy noticed him and started letting off fire Frank dropped to the ground for safety he started to crawl along the hard dirt and was next to the wall below the window. He peaked up and looked to see where he was he was hiding behind a shelve of baked beans.

 

Frank slowly opened the door and let off a couple of rounds but no hit then heard return fire from the guy hiding. Frank quickly moved To the back of the shop he noticed him and not noticing him. Frank had a direct hit and took the chance he left of all hid rounds until he dropped to the ground like a pile of bricks.

 

Frank walked over to the bloody body and just looked at him he was only about in his mid 20's but probaly had no family so he wouldn't been missed much.

 

Frank: call the police and tell them that the guy commited suicide and get rid of the video tapes NOW

 

Shopkeeper: Ok sir Ok i will right you better leave before the police turn up.

 

Frank: Right see ya later amn.

 

Frank walked out of the shop and back into his car he placed the pistol back in his glove compartment and made his way to the restuarant.

PART 2

 

As Frank arrived at his fathers restuarant he sat in his car thinking of where Jimmy and paulie could be. As he was about to spark up he saw a worker run out with a look of shock on his face. Frank jumped out of his car with the engine still running and askeed what was the matter was.

 

Worker: It's your father and Paulie.... th..th.they..they've been in a drive-by and few hours ago.

 

Frank : where where the f*ck about man

 

Worker: Just outside the mall in Midtown

 

Frank: Do you know if they ben tooken to the hospital or not?

 

Worker: Yeah they been tooken to the Midtown Hospital in Midtown.

 

Frank; Phone the hospital and tell them that am coming over to see them right away ..OK

 

Worker: OK i'll do that BYE

 

Frank jumped back in hi car and was doing 70mph down the freeway heading to Midtown Franks head was spinning inside of what could have happened if i did lose him. After a 15mn Drive Frank arrived at the hospital he just ditched his car outside in an ambulance parking area and ran inside the hospital. As he approached the desk the women said

 

Woman: Are you Mr. Vincenzo's son

 

Frank: Yeah i am where the hell is he i want to see him now OK

 

Woman: Ok right-away sir just folow the doctor and he'll take you to them

 

A doctor came through and told frank some news

 

Doctor: Hi Ok Do You wnat the bad news or the good news first?

 

Frank: the good news?

 

Doctor: the good news is that Paulie will survive but is in intensive care. And the bad news is your father is badly shoken up that he had suffered a heart attack an hour ago and only has 3 hours to live.

 

Frank: NO.. NO......NOOOOOOOOOOOOO

 

Frank pushed his way through the corridor and opened the door to the room where his father was being kept. He could barely look at him cause he was in such a bad state. His father was trying to say something

 

Vincenzo: Fr..frrr.frank listennn to..... me...... it...was Sonny.....who.....sho....

 

BEEP BEEP BEEP BEEP (CONTINUES)

 

Frank: what the f*ck is happening DOCTOR DOCTOR HELP HELP...... POPS YOUR GOING TO BE OKAY HEAR ME YOUR GOING TO BE OKAY.

 

Doctor: Your going to have to wait outside to we can take him to surgery to see whats wrong with him.

 

Frank sat outside with his head in his hands he couldn't beleive it the greatest don of all time is going to die because of some low-life gangster. Now Frank wouldn't let Sonny live. Frank Stood up and saw Paulie lying in intensive care with wires coming from him.

 

Frank went over to the coffee machines and took out 10 cents from his pocket and put it into the machine he chose a smooth balck coffee. Frank decided to go for a smoke outfront. As he made his way he caught the eye of a lovely female Nurse. Frank took out one of his cubans and Lit it up he sat down on the steps looking up into the sky for a miracle.

 

Frank watched families and mothers walk past as normal not knowing that something could happen at any moment. As Frank was going back in he heard a screech of tires coming round the corner he turned around and saw two mem coem out of the window armed with Tommy Guns they started shooting at him. Frank hid behind the door he had no guncause it was in his car outfront as the gunfire stopped he looked out to see about another 6 cars pulling up outside.

 

All mem armed with Tommy Guns and 9mm pistols and some with double barrel shotguns. He watched as one man shot dead a innocent women and kicked her dead corspe alng the ground spitting on her. They then let fire again at the front entrance Frank ran round the corridor knowing that he had no chance fighting them. He looked about for a weapon of sort he found a metal pole inside a cleaner cupboard.

As Frank picked up the pole he peeked trough the dor to see if anyone was there.

 

Frank: Good no ones there

 

Frank saw a doctor running down the corridor so he grabbed him and told hm to be quiet and stay calm.

 

Frank: do you know anyway out of here besides the front.

 

Doctor: Ye..yes i do the side door

 

Frank: Right get everyone to go out that way am going to get my father and Paulie.

 

Doctor: OK good luck mannn...Bye

 

Frank was Was thinking of how he was going to acheive this. He slowly creeped down the corridor to find one guy looking in to see if it's clear. He crept behind him and struck him with force and he dropped to the ground. Frank shut the doors and grabbed his 9mm pistol and some ammo for it. Frank made his way to his fathers room he put the sides up on his bed and pushed him out into the corridor. As he made his way down the corridor he forgot of paulie

 

Frank: sh*t paulie..... pops wait here ok

 

Frank turned back round the corridor and saw three men enter the oom armed with shotguns he heard about 10 blasts. The mem smirked as they left i let off a few shot at them catching one in the head. The other two hid behind a wall only a few metres away they let off a few shots at a time not wanting to waste bullets. I let off about five only three of them hitting one man and him dropping down dead. The other shouted for backup but no one heard so he tried to run out i aimed at his head and let off my final bullet and with luck hit him directly in the head.

 

I ran down collecting guns and some ammo just incase i ran out.

 

Frank: wow that was close back there i'd better watch what am doing from now on but to the point i'd better get pops outta here right-away.

 

Frank made his way back to where he left his father he was releifed that he was still there and alive they both cruised down the corridor trying to find a suitable exit.

 

Vincenzo: Frank listen you know am not going to make it so if i don't am handin down the power to you son.

 

Frank:but......

 

Vincenzo: No... buts you'll be the next "DON" ok

 

Frank: Whatever you want father.

 

As they got nearer the end of the corridor Frank saw a fire exit door that leaded outside. He kicked the door in which shattered the locks completely. Frank pushed his father outside both glad to see sunshine gleeming brightly. They heard fadded gun shots coming from inside they must now be killing people and trying to find my father.

They moved round the back when they saw about five men standing all armed with Tommy Guns and Sonny standing there too Frank hid behind the wall thinking of what to do.

 

Frank (thinking): what the f*ck am i going to do i can't just run out and start capping them......hmmmmmmmmmmm.

 

Frank noticed an half empty gas cylinder sitting next to the wall he thought to himself

 

Frank (thinking): what if i could fling this out at them and then shot it it's bound to make a blast and a big fire. He picked up the gas cylinder and rolled it next to the standing mem they looked down at it and in astonishment saw Frank about to shot it they dived out of the way and BANGGGGGGGGG. It made a big blast and hell of a mess with one man with no legs left and anther with no torso.

 

Sonny started to get up Frank fired a shot at him but missed.

 

Frank: f*ck HOW'D A MIS THAT SON OF A BITCH

 

Distracted by shooting at Sonny One Guy came round from behind and grabbed Frank Choking him to f*ck. Sonny staggered over and pushed Vincenzo out so Frank could see him. Sonny raised his gun to Vincenzo

 

Sonny: Your'e a dead man Vincenzo causing me so much pain all my life...... now it's your time to feel the pain.

 

BANG

 

A shot was fired into Vincenzo's leg Frank full of anger of watching his father being teased and tortured by Sonny.

 

Sonny: When am done with your father am going to take care of you then the rest.

 

Frank: you won't get away with this Sonny ands THATS A PROMISE.

 

Sonny: is that so tough man...... lets ee if your really a man and can take the pain of watching his father die infron of him.

 

BANG BANG BANG BANG BANG BANG

 

Frank: NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO

 

Sonny: HA HA HA NOW YOU KNOW WHAT IT IS LIKE TO LOSE A LOVED ONE HUH?

 

Frank full of anger he managed to get some strength he grabbed the man holding him and flung him over his shoulder knocking Sonny to the ground . He Picked up the double barrel shotgun and fired two round into the Sonny's thug then

 

Frank: get the f*ck up mother f*cker your'e going to pay the price for what you just did.

 

Sonny: Am not scared of death go ahead kill me you know you won't do it pussy.

 

Frank: yeah thats what you think BASTARD.

 

BANG BANG BANG BANG BANG BANG

 

Sonny dropped to the ground like someone falling from a tower block. Frank stood over his blood covered body an blasted him another once to make sure he was dead.

 

Frank turned round to see his dead lying slumped on his portable bed covered in bullet holes and blood. Frank dropped the gun and just starred into his fathers open eyes and whispered

 

Frank (whispering): I WILL GET REVENGE ON HHOWEVER HIRED HIMTO KILL YOU........I WILL GET REVENGE
