Waterbottle, or anyone actually, are the hex values that follow that number sequence (2, 4 and 1) at 0x09b609f0 any of these,

02 08 00 00 00 00 80 34

B5 00 00 00 00 00 80 34

00 00 80 3F 40 00 00 00

For the rainbow value, 48 didn't work in hex editor. It was 30 instead. Also, try 12. It's red and black. And for the second one, it doesn't work either. Maybe it's different in hex editor?

64 decimal is 40 hex smile.gif

so the second one should be 40 in hex editor

Dam it it's not that one... What are the next say 8 hex values on yours...

@matt420bad, you should work out this same cheat for the 158 - ENFORCR and then we would be able to work out how to do this for every car in the game... I suspect that will be the next car in memory, followed by the 159 -SECURI... It makes sense doesn't it...?

dosn't really matter wich he finds. with some very simple math we could find out how much we should + for each nomatter which he finds (since we know all the ids and everything)

Another car is the key bit though...

Anyway, it's late and I think my brain is leaking or something... I've definitly found the right place in this hex editor I have on my PC and it's 0x175EDF0... Now what i'd normall do is add 0x83FFF00 to that (with this editor) to get the CheatDevice location but that's wrong so I added what you should add i.e. 0x8400000 I think and it's still wrong...

Someone help me out, I think i'm going blind or something... rolleyes.gif

Because you said the numbers change, i thought id go try them out again... each time i loaded a game and enter a cheat, different parts of the vehicle are moved, stretched ect, but not in the same places.. hope this helps in some way.

/edit, after 3 attempts, it was back to the first shaped body i came across.

do you know that these values your editing are actually floats?

yes I know... but it's just so much work converting them to float I'm just to lazy dozingoff.gif

Download http://www.maxbot.com/gta/float.exe

Example:

C:\>float 40800000

float = 4C1BA3C0

decimal = 1082130432

40800000 = 4.000000

You look at the last line for your answer, 4.0.

To convert back, run "float 4.0" and look at the first line.

how do u work this?

*Find a 4 digit number in memory, say CD CC 4C 40

* If you think it's a floating point number then revers it so it's now,

40 4C CC CD

* Copy that float.exe to your PC's C:\ drive

* Start Menu -> Run -> type cmd

* Type cd \

Now to see what that Cd CC 4C 40 number is type,

float 404CCCCD

It will say it's 3.2...

c:\>float 404CCCCD

float = 43CA0000

decimal = 1078774989

404CCCCD = 3.200000

You can do it the other way too,

c:\>float 3.2

float = 404CCCCD

decimal = 3

00000003 = 0.000000

It's very handy...
