Its The police car.Heres a list below of what areas to change and what each effect. Some changes maybe nothing or very hard to see. This makes it alot easier. Each part has a large or small area you can you can edit. Police Car Top & Side Of Car: 0x09b609fb to 0x09b60fob Front Bumper: 0x09b5690b to 0x09b569fb Back Bumper: 0x09b5eb2b to 0x09b5ec4b Hood: 0x09b5723b to 0x09b5729b Left Window: 0x09b5841b to 0x09b5847b Left Front Door: 0x09b5b4ab to 0x09b5b62b Right Front Door: 0x09b5d18b to 0x09b5d33b Back Right Door: 0x09b5e27b to 0x09b5e3fb Back Left Door: 0x09b67ecb to 0x09b6807b Trunk: 0x09b688bb to 0x09b6894b Scroll Down from first number listed above for each part from the B position on hex chart. In that row is 3f's with 80 right next to it. You can change both those numbers and in the same row, you can change the lines 7,6,3,2.Also if you want to put your own cool graphics on each part,two lines above each 80 and and 3f's at the B and A position. At the E position, you can change that number. Should have to 0s next to it. Highest i would go on The E spot is 6 on some and 9 on others. Dont no excactly which ones. This Put Different colors and graphics on each part. You can change colors of lots of individual pieces from that part on list above. You can tint windows, change colors of its muffler, bumper, trim, Interior and alot more.The first number of each Part from above shall start you right on a 3f. you can change numbers in these rows to change size of the part. also one line below the beginning of each part, On line A and B. Those change the parts position from up to down. Line 7 and 6, these changes parts postion from forword to back. Theres also more numbers that change stuff, and also freeze the game. Tons of things you can do! Thanks, heres some cheats already made for you. Effects all police cars. First of all, i have EU version of the game (dont think that matters does it?) but anyway i put the codes in the cheats.txt and load up eds cd 1.0 and turn on the codes and get a "syntax error" or somthing, instead of cheat on? These codes could help make the motorcycles reiveable in CD. You should let ADe use this in PMG. If not then i'd have to bed edison for a small change to the cheats.txt commands in order for it to work... @Vettefan, whilst i'm doing the finishing touches to the site this week could you look into this...?
