woozie-moo Posted April 4, 2006 Share Posted April 4, 2006 (edited) sounds good,i'm testing the car as we speak, EDIT:Ok so the review is below -Specs- Top Speed: Rear Wheel Drive 0-60 mph:2.20 seconds 0-100 mph:6.73 seconds Top Speed:160MPH -Wanted Stars- With my driving skill,I was able to evade the police until 4 stars,as they start to P.I.T manouver you and,as it is rear wheel drive it fish-tails out of control leaving you open for a good bashing. -Handling- As it is rear wheel drive,it is a good steady choice for fans of drifting,but on tighter corners it lacks control and will often spin out of control. 6.5/10 -Braking- Very good! I tested it at full speed at the verdant meadows air strip and it stopped within 20m. 9/10 -Top Speed- Amazing top speed,again I tested it at the berdant meadows air strip and it just kept on going,until 160mph 9/10 -Acceleration- Average,evem though it's quick to 60mph it starts to slow down a bit after that,But still good for short burst's of speed in the suburbs. 7/10 Areas tested: I tested the top speeds at San Fierro airport and Verdant Meadows airfield.I tested the wanted stars from Los Santos through whetstone into San Fierro.I tested the handling etc in Bone County/Tierra Robada. -Overall Verdict- The Cheetah is a very good choice for people who love the thrills and speed of the Super GT but want better handling.Also it's looks better than a lot of the other cars in the game,and is one of the most modable supercars in the game.Overall I would recomend this car as a good way of getting between cities. Eric240 Posted April 15, 2006 Share Posted April 15, 2006 (edited) Test Car: 1992 Elegy 4WD 0-60 MPH - 4.1 Seconds 0-100 MPH - 9.0 Seconds (yes flat) Top Speed - 111 MPH Base Price: 89,000 USD Wanted Star Level Reached: 1 Star Definetely a great car to evade pursuits with, but i only got to level 1 since i was able to ditch the cops and lose them out of sight, very impressive. Rating: 10/10 Handling: impressive handling even at high speeds, I took her to the "skid pad" at the San Fierro Airport, and she handled like a champ, she can take low speed corners with nimble attitude and razor sharp turns. it's very responsive and stays under control most of the time. Stock suspension is one if not the best available. a very nice ride through town. Rating: 9/10 Braking: braking distance was great, at FULL SPEED i brought her down in about 2.6 seconds to 0MPH Rating: 10/10 Acceleration: This is this car's perks, a quick 4.1 seconds to 60MPH and a 9 second run to 100, make this car the epitome of imported sports cars. Run of 12 second 1/4 miles make it a great competitor. Rating: 10/10 Top Speed: this car wasnt meant for high speeds, i tested her out with the speedometer and she topped out at a dissapointing 111MPH, hell the Willard goes faster. Rating: 3/10 Areas Tested: I went around the beach in area in San Fierro, the airport in San Fierro, the industrial area in San Fierro and such, and she was great, she can definetely take corners and the sudden hills of San Fierro. Durability: great car, she can take punishment a lot...although dont take it too far, she wont look good while she's busted. She' also NOT cheap to fix so watch your driving . Modability: I take pride on this one people she is probably on of the best looking drifter look alikes out there when she's modded to the fullest, and Alien X exhaust, bodykit, make her look her best. although she can only be modded at Wheel Arch Angels which is in San Fierro, which sucks to drive all the way from LV or LS, just to mod a car. She does have a wide range of upgrades and she's very good looking with everything on...although not a car that blends in with the crowd and other cars. Rating: 8/10 Stunting Capabilities: Not very good ones with nitrous at full speed, she'll get some great height though, but it is encouranged to stunt with her without nitro on most places...unless you dont want to destroy the car's looks dont stunt with her if you modded her out... Rating: 6/10 Overall Rating: she's a blast to drive, a blast to drift, very quick, very nimble, and after all she's still a car you can take home and pride yourself on...although a bit pricey, she's well worth the 89K...here's a LOT of pictures to show you why i love this car...i would have made a video but i was having too much fun (laughs) Here's the reasons why she should never be involved in an accident: Link Link Link Link She just cannot blend with traffic can she?
