fredwardreturns
hate to doublepost, but take any ordinary car and mess with the verticies, sometimes you get cool little concepts. lol.
simplyunkillable
@fred: it's awsome for a low poly car, and is definately going in my game if you release it. hah, that reminds me of my first scratch modeled car, the body was ULTRA low poly, (12 poly doors WTF) and the normals are screwed. the normals are whey f*cked and i have no idea how to fix them, but meh. it has good wheels and an engine. P.S will you release the purple one? please?

Mark
LOL "Snakes on a bus" Love it Hmm, ok f*ck it, post it here too, sod making a release topic, after all it's not meant to be like an uber full public release, but meh people could just as easily pick it up in the MI forum. Warhar. Release. Sorry for my very sh*tty PC taking rubbish dark, and undetailed pictures...Lighter pictures would be appreciated, if anyone feels like using it and taking snaps . Thanks to STM, as usual f*ck the doors, they're gay, so instead you just enter via the side of it using the coach animation. Not exactly awful, and I've tested it from trackside level as well as at stations, can get in both ways. Word.

Picolini
Ya mean my Su-47? mm nah I haven't touched it in ages, and yeah looking back at it it's inaccurate and crappy but meh, I'd love to see what you've done with it. Feel free to release if you want, I myself want a copy Been too lazy to get it in game meself. Hold up, did you convert it straight from the VC version? I can't even remember what I had done by that stage...it got u/c etc? Lol, oops, I did mean the 47, I just released an SU-34 It's converted straight from VC. It doesn't have an u/c at all, that's one reason I gave up. I was thinking of stealing it off something else, but I'm sure I could probably make it myself. But it looks like you've already done that. Besides the lack of the U/c the only other problem I had with it were a few holes and gaps. Not much noticeable but upclose. I'll try and fix up what I had in game and send it to you if you'd like. If you'd like, I'd appreciate getting that updated version with the landing gear to add on to it, also. Oh, and nice train, looks pretty good. Excelent work. Maybe look at some pics. Still a nice model none the less Add some more polies, it's not 1995 anymore! http://img177.imageshack.us/img177/5468/shotgun1cg2.jpg Failure to release shown awesomeness will result in current repliers' displeasure. Mark
Lol, if I get some inspiration, I work like some crazy mofo. There's still like over 20 hours work into that, I was up until like 4am one night sorting out why the f*ck the collision wasn't in the right place. Mind you other days I think...f*ck this . Mind you 4am isn't excessive, I just can't sleep at the mo. I'm constantly up at like 8am, and get to sleep about 4. It's currently 3:20am and I'm up for work at 6. Picolini
Thanks Here's some scratch work from me. I made the model a while back, couldn't get it to work ingame. Damn shadow problem, I had it too high poly, it was that damn simple... So here it is, a SoloTrek style personal VTOL machine. This body and the legs are just a testbest for it, I am probably going to change it a lot and make it look like what the SoloTrek guys would probably do if they weren't still struggling with getting enough power to lift it, since I don't have that problem As is, it's a Sparrow replacement. pinky
Cool, you should try to replace Jetpack though He has already tried ages ago, the rotors don't work on the jetpack unfortunately. Mark
oooh nice one Pico, liking it, but if I was to fix holes etc on it, I'd just rather restart it. It looks too tacky next to my other work lol. But I do love what you've done .
AZSupraT
Looking great Picolini! It's very unique.
Picolini
Thanks guys, glad you are liking it. @blackadder, Pinky's right. There's nothing that rotates like the rotors need too... sadly. Would be cooler to just replace that. @GTAuron, yeah it would probably be best to just remodel the whole thing. But just do what you want. Although I find the 47's wing configuration to be really cool since it's different, it's not the coolest thing around. Your new mig should be great, hope you can find the time to finish it up and get it in game. If you need help with it (or any) at all, let me know. Like rotating the landing gear to rotate in a different direction, I've got that down quite well. Also, if you have any other planes on the side you haven't shown, feel free to let me know if you want those in games, I love converting planes
Cactus
Huzzah! I finally fixed my .col file I've spent the past 2 hours going where cars normally dont fit, its hillarious because the police miss the car whenever they try to hit it! I've given in and just replaced the flash for easyness, so i can start working out how many custom parts i have to play with. P.S. I still have NO texturing ability, i'm still trying though. Also, anyone have a clue how to resize the wheels?! It used to be in vehicles.ide or something, i swear... so far the mini is hella fun, and i *nearly* have him fitting inside it properly, just need to slide his seat back a tad. @picolini - Damn that looks like a fun little gadget! Suction Testicle Man
My current project, VW Transporter 1987 Sex - you release that, we'll have the '83 LT28 version (see sig) and a '69 version in game. Plus whatever anyone else makes too. Van power! If at first you don't succeed, you fail, and the test will be terminated.
Cactus
@Vtech, I'm thinking either big old bus-style wheel just like the classic ones had. Possibly with walnut trim @sumplyunkillable, Thats not the numberplate bit, its a few polys left over from the flashs boot, i also forgot to put the numberplate on the mini boot too. See, the reason it doesnt have its own doors/bumpers/boots/etc is because once i detatch them it makes doing the UVW unwrap alot more tricky, so i'm avoiding doing it till i have the texturing done. I made alot of progress on the mapping last night though so hopefully i can think about giving it its own stuff soon. Or i could just do it now for beta sakes... @flashG, damn that van looks good! Amazingly clean mesh too, bloody well done! EDIT: i think i'm getting the hang of this texturing lark... http://i34.photobucket.com/albums/d127/cactus57/texture.jpg Edited September 18, 2006 by Cactus
