LCS: Flight School

 

Here it is, the first two lessons in the new LCS: Flight School project... In order to play the Flight School lessons you will require the 2 LCS:FS START cheats... One will start in in EASY mode and one will start you in HARD mode...

 

You can use these cheats to quickly reset your aircraft (they will fix any damage and set you pointing in the right direction) at any point in your chosen lesson...

 

WARNING!!! You can only load a lesson once... If you load a lesson more than once or load another lesson parts of the course will dissappear... You can still restart a selected mission as many times as you like using the LCS:FS START cheats...

 

Lesson One: Dodo 101

Simply fly the dodo through the checkpoints and land on the runway... If you hit a barrel, you fail, if you miss a checkpoint, you fail, if you miss the runway at the finish, you FAIL...!!!

 

Lesson Two: Turning Skills

Simply fly the dodo through the checkpoints and land on the runway... The difference here is that you have to bank left and right to make all the checkpoints... If you hit a barrel, you fail, if you miss a checkpoint, you fail, if you miss the runway at the finish, you FAIL...!!!

 

Lesson Three: Accuracy

Sorry man, i'm very close... I want to make pipes be able to go up/down at an angle and the dam road object still isn't working...

 

Hopefully if I see Andy over the weekend I will be able to release on Monday...

Lesson Two works for me... You can get them of CheatSync too... I'll update the code on this page with the CheatSync code that I just tried and both work...

It doesn't seem to work with the Dodo but it may be to do with the fact I have to teleport it quite high above the start area to give the structures time to appear, which means it's falling and therefore it's speed increases as it falls irespective of the given initial speed...

 

It works for cars mind, so this needs playing with... thanks... biggrin.gif

I just want one cheat to restart the lesson i.e. Down+L then X... That needs to load a cheat that teleports you to the right place, repairs your plane and points you in the right direction ready for the next go... Currently I have to make the Dodo appear facing the back wall so it hits it and stops which means you have to taxi around... If I could make it stop dead and be facing the right direction that would be much better...
