Cran.
13 fans kevin!??! You're mad. Must sound like a jet Go for something Thermaltake than that brand, I recon they're over the top. Thermaltake Soprano and Shark are kinda plainish, but they both look good. Well, the shark isn't that plain Yeah, don't get one with a PSU too since you're buying a better one. EDIT: Pics (Sorry for the bigness )
anus
RIGHT RIGHT. Well, either way, the WD is better since it has twice the cache You're a power freak, lol. Cache isn't everything, take a look at these benchmarks, the first places on most of them are snagged by drives with 8 MB cache. BC, That Raidmax is really sexy, mate. Nice pick. Might look good on that picture... too bad its made of cheap plastic, has a garbage powersupply, has sh*t hard drive mounts, comes with horrible fan grills, has poorly designed intake on the front, only has 4 molex connectors and 1 sata connector and has bits of it falling off! But hey, it looks "cool"! Not to mention that the powersupply will: a) not power your system at all b) power your system for 2 weeks, then explode, killing your hard drive in process and possibly motherboard/cpu/ram/videocard At least it will still look "sexy"... with smoke coming out of it! anus
Lol. I never looked deep into that case. It just looks sexy. If you really want to look deeper get an extremely overpriced Lian-Li or a Silverstone TJ107-S which is $365 on Newegg. Sound cheap, eh?
Majestic
Lol. I never looked deep into that case. It just looks sexy. If you really want to look deeper get an extremely overpriced Lian-Li or a Silverstone TJ107-S which is $365 on Newegg. Sound cheap, eh? Both Silverstone and lian-li have low end models. That said, I do find that Lian-Li is overpriced, even the lowest smallest ones cost an arm and a leg AND look crappy. Silverstone I like more then Lian-Li. Coolermaster and enermax are also some of my favorites. Thermaltake is a mix - some cases look like ass, some look good. The ones that look good, are usually rip-offs of Coolermaster designs. And then there is a truckload of Antec cases and its clones. They are good, but just... so plain, everyone seems to have/had one. If they released the Stacker 830 in black, it would quickly be my favorite
anus
Yeah, Coolermaster cases are awesome. They look good and perform good too. By the way, I still don't know why Lian-Li is so overpriced. They look plain and crappy, not many fans and the cheapest one will probably be around $200! Yet millions of people buy them .
Majestic
lies, their more expensive models look great However, imo the cooling options arent all that great in lian-li cases. Edited February 28, 2006 by Majestic
anus
That looks good to you? To me it's just fugly, way too plain for me. Looks too boxy as well, and with that shape, I can see why cooling isn't very good in them.
Majestic
Yes i like those cases. Looks boxy to you? Well, tough sh*t. Maybe it is because I earn a salary, have a taste and dont lie about owning a blue Mitsubishi EVO with neonszz
