Spawn's Glowing eyes Skin for CJ

Hi! I am new to this community and I have just download a cool Spawn skin mod for CJ. But in the picture his eyes were glowing. I don't know how to edit TXD or DFF, but I think it would be cool to have a sorta small glowing green lights infront of CJ's face or something like that. =)
