BobbyBalboa
No matter how low my health is, if I save the game, it always goes back to full, and even if I have a 6 star wanted level, I can just save the game to get rid of it. Also, CJ never gets hungry. Can anyone help?
Mxyzptlk
Saving restores your health, it's normal. It takes a really long time without eating or saving for CJ to get hungry. You could try a speed up time cheat to see if it happens eventually, then reset the game to get back to normal.
pdescobar
To expand on Mxy's response, health restoration and wanted level removal are benefits of saving. It's a "feature" not a bug. In order for CJ to become hungry, he has to play for 48 straight minutes (2 in-game days) without eating or saving. If you never play that long without doing either of those things, you'll never see him get hungry.
shazard
I was wondering if CJ get hungry faster if you run or swim a lot... Am I completeley over estimating how realistic the game is?

I believe you are, yes. But since we know it takes exactly two game days (i.e. 48 real world minutes without cheats) if he's just standing around, you could test it yourself if you really wanted to. Note that alot of running or swimming does burn fat though, so from that standpoint you'll have to eat more often than if he drives everywhere. But I doubt the "hunger" situation is affected. Brad
Saving is also like a meal too. 6 hours to eat . Restored health and you don't get hungry.
