scabo19
I'm not sure how to recover a password but you can still log in to the computer using safe mode if u want.Just restart the computer and keep pressing F8 when it starts up then some options will come up.Go down to "safe mode with networking" then hit enter. When the logon screen comes up, a user named administrator should be there.U could use the pc through that user. Another thing: Try entering Start>Control Panel>User Accounts then click on the account thats password protected and click remove password(while logged on as administrator). I think u need the actual password to remove it but I'm not sure

Login as "administrator" in safe mode, go to cpanel > users > remove pass (you don't need to know pass to remove it) then reboot and use the account ur relative forgot pass to.
