jhall468 Posted February 22, 2006 Share Posted February 22, 2006 Go to dillimore a little town on the game walk into the police dept. go to the jail cells and the last one on the right you will see people smoking, and another person being killed its different people everytime you leave the police dept. and go back in but the same kool stuff. (The only difference being which Police peds spawn inside.) 2. Do you see this every time? Whenever I go in there I only see three peds smoking in the last cell. Not anybody being killed.
