The Pipes of Las Venturas - Check Las Venturas on your map. See those white things on the border of the sea to the north and east of it? Activate the Infinite Lung Capacity cheat, dive into the water near one of them, swim right to the bottom, then come back up, only this time you should be directly under the pipe. Keep swimming upwards, hugging the pipe, and you'll reach land. Run up, and you'll be able to walk through the walls of the pipe. Quite interesting, and I've heard some sort of star is inside one, but, again, could someone confirm this?

 

that was me. and yeah, I can walk you through how to find it. Okay, the pipe that is farthest west, put on infinite lung capacity, swim down when it is late at night, swim all the way down between the pipes and the rock wall. the rock wall should be completly black. once you hit the bottom, look at the rock wall, there is what looks like a street light or star in the middle of all the blackness. - sonofkornol from Gfaqs.

I've been up the pipes and seen a video from someone else doing the same, but I think it's very unlikely any random objects will be in there.
