Game freezes and or stutters

Just wondering if any one has a guess on this problem.

while playing the game it sometimes will slow down, like it goes into slow motion then after a minute or so it will recover, then on other occasions it will freeze completly and it freezes so bad I have to restart the whole computer. I am running mods both vehical and game mods. I can uasally re-start the game and I'm ok for a while. it will act up when there is a lot of action or it seems it will act up when more than one mod vehicale is present.

my system info is....

windows xp home sp2

amd athlon 64 3200+, 2.21GHz 1GB of ram

creative SB x-fi

BFG GEFORCE 7800GT OC 256

msi pci Express motherboard

I have the same problem to!

But only my pc is crashing i think!!

i cant play the game no longer then 5 min

And at first i could play it half hour!

And then it stopped and cant do anything last time my pc restarted at itself!

 

Could that problem be helped??

160gb hdd

1gb ddr ram

dvd rw double layer

nvidia gf6200se tc 256mb

 

xp microsoft service pack2

You are probably using nforce 4, so you have to install Realtek Audio driver, because the nvidia one causes crashes. But it could also be some other problem.

I have a similar problem, but mine just froze as CJ was calling 555-WE-TIP, unless im supposed to do something there...I can see movement, enter cheats, but cant access the game menu...i dont want to restart...please help
