Demarest
Any website that allows you to upload PHP. PHP rotators are available for free downloads all over the place and usually just entail putting the PHP file in the same folder as all the images you want it to rotate. Demarest
That could be the cache on your browser. Try hard refreshing a few times.

SWEETSAPRIK
x2 what Dem said. I'm not sure how or why it works that way, but the cache seems to be it. I only use IE (very rarely), and Firefox (at least 90% of the time) and have different results with each. In IE rotators always switch for me. In Firefox the image tends to load from the cache more often. Now this might just be a misconception on my part, but it seems as if when using Firefox the more I have in my cache the less it will rotate. It seems like even once one of the images on a specific rotator has been cached, it will still reload the new images instead of loading from the cache. So it continues to rotate, for a while anyway. Whereas if I clear my cache completely, then visit a few other graphics heavy sites, the first image loaded in a specific rotator will be cached, then it will be the only one I see for a while. I've tried fiddling with the size of the cache, but the only thing that seems to work is clearing it completely. If anybody knows a way to take care of this I'd like to know. (Besides setting the cache as small as possible.) You should know though, since it's your/my cache and not the rotator itself, everyone else is either seeing the image rotate to the next, or seeing one of the images previously loaded and saved in their cache. And of course anyone who has just cleared their cache will be loading the current image. Most of that is based on using Firefox and having a rotator set to change on each page hit. Guybrush Threepwood
Even if you had no cache problems think about this: -4 sigs on rotation. -rotation set on every refresh. If five people would view this topic, that'd be a complete rotation of your rotator already. If 3 more post, that's two complete rotations. If you go posting in 5 other topics, and even 3 persons look at each topic, that's 5 complete rotations more! The thing with a rotator is that if you set it to rotate on every refresh, you've got a big chance of never seeing the entire rotation for yourself. I've now got around 50 sigs left in rotation, and I do see a different one each refresh, but judging by the one I see and the one I saw, there's about a 10 to 15 sigs gap. That means the rotator is accessed at least 10 times in between viewings. So basically the more you post, the more eratic your rotation will become, just because so many people view it.
