Theme: GTASA The art style of the Brady guide and the art in the game is good. I'd like the text 'The Chain Game' to be about 50-60 pixels high and rock lettering wrapped by a chain. The charactors; CJ, Sweet, Kendl, Ceaser, Woozie, Big Smoke, Ryder, Toreno & the Truth can be in it (any or all of those charactors will be ok - Big Smoke, Ryder, The Truth, & Kendl in that order, can be left out to save space or lessen crowding if need be) with a Grove Street background. The font is a bit smaller and a different style than requested and the overall image is twice as tall as now listed. I may take another shot later if those are insurmountable problems. Lemme know what you think. They are 8-bit PNGs since the color reductions make them about 1/3 the size of 24-bit versions. If you find it too grainy, I'll see what I can do. #1) Big one. 8-bit PNG; 600x250; 64.72 KB (66274 bytes) #2) Slightly smaller one. 8-bit PNG; 500x208; 46.1 KB (47208 bytes) ---------------- EDIT: New idea which better matches the requested size. The one with simple transparency is smaller and will display properly on IE. I'm not sure exactly what you mean. However, one thing to note is that the text and chains on the CJ/Woozie image is placed where it is to cover up the words "amphibious assault" as the source was the opening cutscene to that mission. If you could maybe go into a little more detail on what you'd like? EDIT: Actually, I've found another fairly good screenshot of the same mission without the text; only difference is CJ's appearance. So, I struck out my previous statement and could probably do something with that image; I'll still need a more detailed explanation of the request though. EDIT#2: @Mike (below). Nice. That was the image I was planning to use when I first started this, but those attempts were horrid. The only thing I really don't like about it is that the chain is much too realistic compared to the rest of the image so it seems out of place. I do like the text in #3 and it could be used instead of what is currently in #1 but kep the chains. Do you think something like that is do-able and would look good? Cut out the text from sig 3 so that only the chain links remain and place these at the top. Then take sig 1, remove only the text and replace it with the same font that was used in sig 3; place this under the chain links. Do you want the text to be the same size as the current sig 1 text? I should be able to do that although I may not get to it until tomorrow; also, it might be two separate images that you can simply stack. To have no space in between them, like above, use: To have a bit of space, do something like this, changing the "SIZE=X" value to suit your liking. The range of useful values is something like -5 to 14. If you don't like how they look together, you can also do something like use the big one up top and the 4-pic chain links as a footer or something. I would also like to have 'pdescobar' as the artists signature on it somewhere... I snuck my username in the upper right of the big image; hopefully it's nice and subtle.
