quartet1977 Posted February 21, 2006 Share Posted February 21, 2006 (edited) i'm on it andy_k55, is it the chase at the end that's the problem? if it is, the trick is to just follow him while he drives around the twisty streets then do drive bys once he's on the freeway. that car you're given doesn't handle well on curves but its fast so it catches up to him easily. anyway, i'll beat it for you, but if you want to try it again with the above in mind (if you haven't already), you may beat it on your own. The other option would be to put you in the Johnson house, and that neighborhood is not safe right now. I recommend buying the safehouse across the street from Madd Dogg's (now yours). You get a garage there and no risk of a glitch at MDs, where the next couple of missions start. You have a call waiting for you. This mission IS tough. you fight your way through that house and think it couldn't get any harder, then it does with that chase. keep playing it, though. frustrating as it is, you'll beat it eventually. some tips: max out your M4 rifle skills and, if you haven't, do the paramedic and vigilante missions. those missions increase your health and armor significantly. enjoy the rest of the game!
