But yeah, I've heard people say she was supposed to be Rochell'le (mentioned here), and that there were missions involving her that were removed, but I'm not sure about that. PяopagaиdaIиc. Name of the Blond cover girl, Final found it on the disc It nearly always comes down to the same results. A) No-one, just a piece of artwork to give a feel of the game. B) Rochell'le. White Female Rapper that R* made up as a non-featured/removed character in the GTA universe. Sometimes refered to as Madd Dogg's girlfriend. Mainly speculation with no real evidence.
