Cap'n Bob Posted February 20, 2006 Share Posted February 20, 2006 I love this game, but one thing can destroy the believability factor: the poorly implemented rain. For instance, it will be a clear night, and when I go into CJ's garage, it is raining - INSIDE THE GARAGE. It will start raining everywhere once I back out of the garage, but the fact that it begins by raining inside the garage just looks ridiculous. Also, when I drive under a bridge, the rain drops will stop hitting my car - which makes perfect sense. But I can also see that it has stopped raining EVERYWHERE - even far off in the difference. Then when I drive out from under the bridge it immediately starts raining every where again. This has to be a bug, right? The game is so great overall, I'm surprised Rockstar let this slip through testing. I know there is a mod that gives you sunny skies all the time, but I don't want that, I want to play the game with the original weather, just not screwed up weather ... Are there any mods to fix this? Or did the 1.1 patch fix it? I'm not having the sound problems that some people have mentioned - just rain falling inside the garage and turning on and off like a faucet when I drive under a bridge ...
