Posted February 23, 2006 Share Posted February 23, 2006 It's a lot like the brown taxi that was featured in GTA3 and the zebra taxi that was featured in Vice City, although i'm not sure about San Andreas, i didn't play that as much as I could of. It's faster, although it's good to know that you get it after 85 taxi missions as i believe that in GTA3 it was 100 taxi missions wasn't it, or it could have been 50, but i'm more certain of the previous number. No it's not because when I got to 85 it said 'You have unlocked the Bickle 76, go pick it up in trenton' or something like that. I think this can be an exception, as the whole point of a lightless taxi in gta3 was that it was a normal taxi which has the glitch/exception, as i don't think we can call this one the lightless, as we could as well say it's the "souped up taxi". The LCS engine is a modfied Vice City one, i don't know if exception was present in VC, but there could be an ordinary taxi in LCS which is "lightless". If you look closely it actually says "TAKI" (which is really spelt tacky) meaning: cheap; shoddy; That's just another Easter Egg for you. But anyway thats just because it doesn't have time to spawn it because you just rushed up to it. There is a similar thing in San Andreas where if you rush up to an Ambulance some of the text goes missing and instead it says "lance".
