I f*cking rule at that game with a Steyr AUG and a MINIMI, I never really got the whole craze with the minigun, takes too damn long to shot.

I think anyone who hasn't played this game should download it. It is hard at first, but you get used to it.

My Mini Guide:.:

 

When you first get the game, go to options, and click on 40% on mouse movement, this will help ALOT. I also advise using the arrow keys for movement, right mouse click for jetpack, ctrl (next to arrows) for grenade throw and 0 (next to arrows) to drop your weapon. These controls will make it alot easier.

 

I advise to start use the Barret (sniper) straight away. It is probably the hardest weapon to hit with, but once you are skilled with it, a extremly good weapon as it is one shot kill. One of the most easiest weapon to use is the M79 (grenade launcher). It is considered one of the 'noobiest' weapon to use as it is a one shot kill and requires not much skill. Although it has no range really at all, it is easy to get around.

 

Types of games:

 

-Capture the Flag

-Infiltration (One team defends a flag while the other tries to get it)

-Deathmatch

-Rambomatch (One player gets the Rambow which is a high firing rate bow and arrow w/ 1 hit kills)

-Teammatch (Like deathmatch but in teams)

 

I recommend Infiltration, as it gives you a solid start to the game. If your the red team, you try to capture the flag and return it to your base while the blue team defends the flag. Alpha is usually easier to win, but with skilled players on blue, it is really quite hard.

 

Soldat has 'powerups', not really powerups, but change the game easily. There is, bulletproof vest (not really bulletproof, more like double health), cluster grenades (several grenades launch out once throw one), Predator Mode (invisible to the untrained eye, only lasts a little bit), Beserker Mode (one hit kill with any weapon, only lakes a little bit), Health packs (full health) and ofcourse, Grenades. The amount of grenade depends on the map settings.

 

 

Soldat also has downloadable maps, that people around the world make. Some are good and some are quite sh*tty. You can also create your own maps easily, but will need some knowledge of maps to create a good one. You can literally put anything in the map, if you have the resources. You choose where the powerups go, the spawn points are, the map (no duh!), the jetpack amount, grenade amount, anything you see in maps. Once you play the map it is automatically created to your map list and can change it in the Map Maker.

 

This game is also multiplayer (if you didn't know), giving a variety on gameplay, maps and mods. Mods change the game sometimes for the better or worst, like giving diffrent weapons, or no jetpack.

 

If you ever play the game and see a player called "Shmack", thats me. I'll be the one with no head in Infiltration.

 

Last but not least, the skin changer download. This is not a hack and is known by most Soldat people. In the download you choose what skin you have, how invisible you are, hair colour, body and pants etc. All these option are avaible in the option menu except for insibility and skin colour.

### This will not make you invisible! Only your head will be noticably diffrent.
