Take a faggio to the beach and ride around infront of the ocean hotel beach area. Do it for 2 minutes or so. After go near ocean hotel and take the oceanic. Drive to ammo shop. The one with where you meet lance. On the way there shouldnt be any peds. If there is finish driving and they should disappear. No traffic, No peds, No cops. Great glitch for cheating. Have fun!
