From time to time, some buildings in Los Santos (especially on Grove Street) change color for a second or two. It'll switch between green, red, and blue. Another thing is also when I'm just driving by and for a very little while, the road or a building might look really low quality, with just the same color and small details. I'll just stand around and the normal usually returns soon (sometimes it'll take a few seconds, but it always comes back). What's wrong?
