What I mean is, read the rules of this section on the forum, then come back to this topic and then (hopefully) you'll notice what you're doing wrong. You have to be specific, with the size, theme, colours, resources, etc. You failed to do that, resulting a locked topic and (maybe) not another request topic allowed from you for the next ten days.
