As gta_talk quite rightly stated, PAL is for Europe and NTSC is for other countries such as Asia 4. You're better off getting the PC version if you wanted to mod the game, to be honest. Posted February 19, 2006 Share Posted February 19, 2006 4. there are no mods for it really, like new models are anything the only thing the PS2 can really do is things such as infinte health and such, becuase you ca't edit the model file son a PS2 like you can on the PC, the closest thing you could get to a mod using an action replay max on the PS2 is the hot coffee mod, becuase those are hidden files, and not new files being added.
