And the Phoenix doesn't seem to have a spawn location according to Sam Java Map. Although I think I've seen them around Las Venturas at The Strip, I think that'd be your best bet. srg Posted February 19, 2006 Share Posted February 19, 2006 Simon is right. Apart from using cheat codes, you can get it only when you've unlocked the hidden street races already. You'll be driving it in one of the SF races. On the other hand, you can find it also in vigilante mission by doing a certain trick. Though this option would require unlimited patience and resolve on your part, because it would appear as a suspect randomly and it'll take days and long hours before you can find one. Unfortunately, the Phoenix doesn't drive around anywhere or spawned on a fixed location. It only appears in a SF street race, during the mission home in the Hills and vigilante mission. I've got like 6 of em in my garage, it's possible as long as you don't mind losing a race, its the "San Fierro Hills" race behind WangCars, just drive your phoenix to your closest garage, blow it up, lose the race, rinse and repeat til you've got more of em than you'll ever use.
