Suction Testicle Man
After downloading the mod, it appears that the mod will have no effect on cars that spawn throughout the game. However, it seems it is designed so the colours will appear in transfender for you to choose. If you have tried visiting transfender to find the colours, and they don't appear, the problem is simple. Transfender doesn't allow more colours to be added, and JVT seems to have tried to added new colours to the palette there. What you need to do is replace the existing colours in there, rather than add, by renumbering the colours he tells you to add in his readme. Change them from #139, #140 and so on to #1, #2, #3, and then repalce all the existing colours in the carcols.dat. If at first you don't succeed, you fail, and the test will be terminated.
