Transparent NPC's and Slow gaming Fix

what i did was i turned on my frame limiter, and i set my graphics setting to low. This took away the transparent npc's and with setting the graphics to low it made the game much smoother.

 

another thing is that the npc's sometimes get transparent, but it happens rarely, dont know if that has something to do with my video card or what.....but setting the limiter to on made the transparency much, much better by far, might still have some here and there like i do, but not as bad as it was before i set the limiter to on.......................Hope it helps....Peace
