_Jammie_
I see that people are working on trying to make the water at a higher level .. But what about making it dissapear? Would that be possible?
Cubanwhip
No. How many times do I have to see questons like these. You can not change water level. The water loads when you load the game. And even if you could change the water level, there is no ground to ride on. It would just be a bottomless pit. jarjar
Removing water is simple in all other GTA's, but in LCS i thing it would proberly be more difficult. But from the talent i have seen so far by all the LCS modders, i can see that they will being able to. Congrads guys, the modding you do is very cool and very hard. Well done! Cubanwhip
Sorry I went over board, I was just angry. But back on topic, it might be, emphasis on might, that the water level can change. The only thing is that there is no floor. We would have to spawn glass, or walls, or roads, or something to put down there to drive on.

Yeah its ok no problem I knew it would be like a bottomless pit but like instead of falling in the water when in a car you can just take a fall and re spawn back on the ground

Angry or not, there was no need ot get really pistoff over a very simple question. But it is good to hear that you may be able to do it after all. mikiupdown2
I'm not saying that it's not possible, but when you think about it, why would R* store the water level in a hex code or a float? First of all, it's not like the water level changes in game (cause it has no need to). Second, for the PC version of SA, I think they just stored the water level so that people WOULD find it. With LCS, I get the feeling they wernt expecting people to be able to 'mod' the game so there would be no point in putting the water level as a hex / float / whatever else. Just my view on the subject anyway. As I said, I'm not saying it's not possible, I'm just saying I dont think it's very likely (IMO). EDIT: Been doing some more thinking...does anyone know if the water is an object repeated or weather it's just one big object?
Mister Enchilada
It is repeated... that's for sure. Also, have you ever taken into account Cochraine Dam? I'm of the opinion that it is possible, and I'm determined to be the one to find it.
Durka Durka Mahn
i dont think you'll be able to make the actual water "higher" cus look at all of the other objects. youre not replacng them, ur making completely new ones. so we would have to completely remake the entire ocean, or we could make our own lakes and pool...etc
Mister Enchilada
No. This is different. Besides, it would alter the water object's height once it has refreshed.
