Demarest Posted February 17, 2006 Share Posted February 17, 2006 GTA's are riddled with fake place, people, products, objects, etc. If you spend too much time thinking about them, you'll miss the funny. I believe giggle cream was meant to be a spin-off of whiff-its or whatever it was called/spelled. There was a mod for SA that replaced the fire extinguisher with giggle cream.
