Torcidas Posted February 17, 2006 Share Posted February 17, 2006 its sad to see that this is the end of one of the most amazing games ever. when i first bought gta 1, i vowed to never play it again. years and years later, i found myself waiting in the lineups at walmart, paying 60 bucks for what will one day be pronounced as the greatest games ever. rockstar changed that with the release of vice city. by then i had become a hardcore rockstar/gta fan. and what do you know? san andreas rocks stores in an all new gangsta mode, that really changed many gamers lives. countless hours these games have given us, and now, it is gone. i know that no other game can top with what gta has done. well, im just saying, what rockstar gave us was great, and thats why i prefer them over any other game company. Liberty City Stories is coming for PS2. Toricas: GTA3, Vice City and San Andreas are all part of the GTA3 trilogy, so the next new game will be GTA4. Forum for GTA4 speculation. Mike_Toreno Posted February 17, 2006 Share Posted February 17, 2006 Well, I don't see the problem really. I admit that I really enjoyed playing GTA 3, VC, and SA on PS2. But if the new versions kept being released on PS2 I'm sure we'd all find it rather repetitive. That's where GTA 4 comes in on the PS3, much more space, a whole new advanced graphics system, hugely improved AI, etc. So it doesn't really bother me it all knowing that the next release of a new version of GTA is going to be a big jump and improvement from the previous versions. And as Mxy quite rightly stated, Liberty City is yet to be released for the PS2, and hopefully the Xbox and PC versions will follow after, as I sold my PS2 a while ago. After playing San Andreas, (well I still fool around with it til now ) I don't feel like playing any other games anymore unless they can offer the same gaming experience SA has offered. Now I feel like just waiting for the next GTA than wasting money on any other games.
