I love the banner and the footer, it's also written very officially which is good. There's no blabbering, if thats a word. Make the titles of the rules bigger. 3. Change the colours of the tiles from Dark and Light Grey to Orange or another brighter colour. That way it would be easier to see them. 4. Change the layout of the rules. At first it looks a bit out of place. 5. Add another [The Layout CODE], but this time include only the titles, without the decryptions of what need to be put in there. It is a pain in the a** to copy them and then delete each description to put your own. 6. How about to change the banner and the footer to something more GFX looking.
