gmgo Posted February 15, 2006 Share Posted February 15, 2006 Yes, you can achieve snow at Liberty City without getting the Cheat Device. ITs hard, and doesn't last all the time, but you can. Go to the car salesman, and reach level 9. Note: if you reach level six, but then you fail or you cancel it, then you won't be able to do the mission again and therefor, you can't reach level 9. THe only solution to get the snow at this point would be start a new game or use the actual cheat device. Just wanted you people to know. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
