So you guys have end up shooting cars passing by and stuff? cool.gif

I think I was 29 or 30 when I got my first doze of GTA on my brothers PS2, and got hooked of course. And it was GTA3. Son after that I got VIce City for my pc and was so thrilled... After playing VC I had to buy GTA3 too. Kept my addiction well fed with mods and conversions while waiting for SA to be released for pc. I bought SA first day it was released here in Finland. Actually only game I payd full price for. HAHAA.

edit: just remembered I did try gta1 or gta2 somewhere a long time ago...

My friend got a ps2 with GTA3 a couple of months before I got my ps2, just with one game. That was around 4 years.

Remember we used to go to his place every weekend to play gta3... sweet times... smile.gif

I was 10 when I first played a GTA, it was Vice City. I knew about this game because of EGM magazine, when I was reading a topic about Spiderman 2. Today, February 18 is my 12 birthday. Here in Mexico, pirate games are cheap, they cost 30 pesos, like 2.50 dollars.

I was 19 going on 20 when I played GTA III. I'm 23 now, and I just finished Vice City last month, and started San Andreas last month as well.

I don't remember how old I was when I played the first GTA, but I think I was 16, and the kids I was babysitting at the time had the game, and the oldest boy (14) wanted me to play it.

I'm hooked.

Hmmmmm. It was around the time GTA3 came out. I was 10, and my mom bought it for me. She really didn't care about the rating. Now, she still approves, as longs as I don't do drugs and pick an RPG and kill people. biggrin.gif

I'm twelve and my mom says that I can play it as long as I don't confuse reality with da GTA videogames(SA, VC, 3 and LCS).--GTASA Rules

6 or 7, i played gta at my friends house on the ps1. The only good thing about that game, for me, then was that you could press a butten and the guy would fart or burp. Good times.

My dad banned me from playing it because you could kill the police, he just didn't understand how annoying they truely were...

I was already 18 when the first game came out. tounge.gif

Didn't think it was anything too amazing, but GTA3 blew me away. Profound video gaming evolution. icon14.gif

Mainland Marauder

It's a big leap from the 2D games to the 3D games....

I think I'm in the minority (or am I the only one on this thread) that began with SA and then played backwards?

I didn't even own a PS2 when GTA3 and VC came out...

I was 14 when i first played gta. I got bored of gta 1 fast along with gta 2. I remember when i bought gta 3 the first time i put it into my PS2 i played for 15 hours straight, Without doing any missions. It was to amazeing to give a sh*t about the missions. I eventualy did them because i wanted to see if you got anything special at the end of the game. I don't think I've played gta 3 since i beat it. Beat vice city in two weeks, San andreas in 1 week.
