I was thinking, it's kinda cool when out of nowhere you see a cop car zoom by and beat the crap out of a (supposed) felon. Just fun to watch. And leading a ganster's fire into a cop car gets boring after a while. I was hoping you guys with your modding skills could whip up something to make these kinda things more frequent, Maybe even see a high speed chase with like 6 coppers on one guy! =P It may sound boring, but tagging along and watching some of the stuff they do is pretty fun.
