notaveragejoe
I'm sorry if this question has been asked before. I couldn't find the answer to it. If it has, just give me the link and then you can delete this thread. How do you enter cheats in the PC version of GTA3? When I try to type something in like "chittycittybb" it just does the actions that those keys do... for example c, changes the view. Is there a different place to enter cheats? When you enter a cheat does it take affect right away? THANKS SO MUCH!! Joe
Spenc938
You just type them in. The keys will do there normal actions but if it works it will say cheat activated in the top left corner.
Demarest
Hit escape to go to the pause menu. Type in your cheat. When you unpause, you should see a confirmation message that your cheat was entered.

Thats the great thing about GTA too, you know when a cheat has worked, not like other games where the only way to find out is to try to shoot someone, then you realise...sh*t...No bullets and die. GTA tells you before it is too late. And PC is better for cheats, because they can be typed while in the pause menu, on PS2 and XBOX you can't do that.
