Bubba_the_Punk
I'm trying to mod a vehicle in Zmodeler 2, and everything's great, save for one thing. When in-game all the windows work as they should, except for the back one, which although transparent, doesn't show interior textures (except for CJ floating above the road). In Zmodeler, all windows act as the rear one does in-game. When "No ZBuffer Write" is enabled, it looks as it should. However, after exporting to the .dff file, it ignores the No ZBuffer write, and I'm back to square one. I've been trying different things for way too long and could use a little outside advice. DexX
re-order you materials, so the transparent ones are last in the list. that seems to be the best way to sort transparency issues, regardless of the 3d app. sort of a universal fix.
fuckindumass
Yup that will work. Apparently when the game renders an object with opacity, whatever can be viewed through the object will show, even if something renders inbetween later. Does this happen with 3ds also? EDIT haha just reread the post
