You need a lot of running room, and use the lean forward trick (rapidly tap the "Stand up on bike" button). This was a hard one on PS2, but on PC your bike can go faster so hopefully you can get it. The NRG-500 is a better bike than PCJ, and you can get it from the parking garage here (on the second floor or on the roof): Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Thanks I was able to do it on PS2 by using the NRG and leaning forward. You could try and do a wheelie as you hit the edge of the ramp or platform and hope for a bump with some altitude.
