I have beat GTA:SA about 4 times, and I cannot, for the life of me, figure out how to make Changs Cars availible to buy. What side mission is it exactly that I need to do? I have cruised around Mt. You need to complete both "Back To School" (70% or better in all the driving school tests) and "Yay Ka-Boom-Boom" (the last story mission in San Fierro), you will get a call from Jethro about the car showroom and it will become available to buy. The races on Mount Chilliad are only avaialble between 0700 and 1800 and you just need to get on the mountain bike that is at the top of the mountain. lolo603 Posted February 6, 2006 Share Posted February 6, 2006 if u've done everything gillies stated, and still not getting the phone call, u might want to remove all the mods that u've installed. better yet, do a clean install of the game. intensive use of cheat codes may sometimes trigger certain unknow bugs. so it's best not to use any cheat codes/trainers.
