I made some rules based on the official MTA rules: Before the match the CLs must come to an agreement if they agree to all of the rules and what will they play: vanilla or nvs. Vanilla: 1. NO CHEATS, MODDING, GLITCHING, PAUSING. 2. CARKILL IS ALLOWED ONLY IN TDM. 3. CARDAMAGE IS ALLOWED IN EVERY ROUND. 4. HELIKILL IS ALLOWED only in TDM. 5. IF HELIKILLED IN OTHER ROUNDS: a) 1 helikill - Helikiller is out, helikilled can respawn. b) 2 helikill - round lost. 6. Helidamage is allowed. 7. We can play at least or more than 4 vs 4. 8. Usually clanwar consists of 3 rounds - attack-defence-team death match/hunter match. You can't leave the Starfish Island during the TDM round. 9. The server you are playing in must use the default vanilla.ini or nvs.ini(the admin password modded of course, 2 hunters allowed, friendly fire on, the clan can choose only one team, show on radar must be turned off) 10. The hunter match is 1vs1. The CLs must come to an agreement where it would take place and choose 1 member of each clan to participate. 11. Crash/Pop-up/Time-out/VC-MP Error: a) in battle - player is out. b) not in battle - player can respawn. 12. If you died, you cant enter gw area, if your team is defending, you must wait for the round to end(dont spawn) 13. After every round every player must kill himself. 14. Round starts after '!go' written by CLs of clans. 15. Chick Gang spawn isn't allowed. 16. 2 helis for each team (1 maverick for each team). 17. Allowed pickups: a) hp b) dead bodies pickup If last two players can't see themself or they're punching - REDO. BASE RULES: 1. Base must not have loading interiors (Malibu, Bank, Villa Diaz). 2. Base must be reachable by car. 3. 50% of players can stand in place which is not reachable by foot 4. Anybody must be in base in the round. NVS: 1. The CLs decide on what team whey choose (haitians or cubans) 2. The NVS match consists of 3rounds: attack-defence-tdm. 3. In the start of the TDM round the teams begin to move from their bases (spawn bases) to opponents base. 4. NO CHEATS, MODDING, GLITCHING. 5. CARKILL IS ALLOWED ONLY IN TDM. 6.
