MOVED my guess is he meant by the in-game car mod thing. like adding hydralic and nitro and such. to bluejeans: modding the cars in game does not affect gameplay (except the Hydralic/Nitro). having fancy bumpers/spoiler and such it's just for looks. changing the "wheels" type will not affect handling in general. note: some people claim if u purchase the "offroad" wheels u can drive better offroad. i've yet to test it myself.
