gta_playa
On some of the car mods I install, the textures don't show up. I replaced the esperanto with a caddy lowrider and the textures on the grill, trim, lights, and logos didn't show up, and the same thing with my escalade, f150, flat bed, GMC 6600 and my town car. And my police car and barracks showed up completly white. I put the txd and dff files in the gta3.img folder. And when I put the txd file in the txd.img folder and drive to a place where the car usually spawns, the game freezes. Please help! the_king
Make sure the mods you install are for GTA3.
gta_playa
Some of the mods might be for vice city, but they still work, the car comes up perfectly in the colors it should, just the int., grill, emblems, and lights and stuff come up white. I think yhe problem lies in were I put the txd files. I put the dff and txd files in gta3.img and the int. and stuff comes up white. But if I put the dff files in gta3.img, and the txd files in txd.img, the game freezes when I go to a place were the car usually spawns.

gta_playa
I installed a few more car mods, deleted txd.dir and txd.img and then when I clicked on gta3, and loaded my game data, when it was converting my textures to optimal format it froze after the bar filled up and then I couldn't do anything so I had to pull the plug on my computer.
