ok something happend here

so there i was on the sea and i sunk my boat and swam to the bottom and just went right into some kind of like black heck and it loaded me back to Ls and now every time i go into a safehouse or any building the name of it tures red

why is this

There's weak 'walls' at the bottom of the ocean sometimes. Turn on flying car and infinate lung capacity, fly under the water, and you'll go through the bottom then spawn back on land. It's a glitch. -JD

i think that when the writing turns to some colour that means your in a gang area. like if you were in grove street it would be green and if you were in ballas it would be purple. you said you were out a sea so maybe you triggered the territory glitch.

Colored text means in a gang area.

Falling through the non-solid ocean floor goes to blue hell and you teleport to the shore.
