Original GTA Master Posted February 5, 2006 Share Posted February 5, 2006 (edited) San Andreas Real Estate Come and enjoy your stay at San Andreas where you could live in either Los Santos, San Fierro, or Las Venturas The following are bulleted basic rules for my GTA Real Estate games -here in the starting topic for the following games Vice City Real Estate, Liberty City 1998 Real Estate, and San Andreas Real Estate you will pick a district to claim if there are still districts to claim -If you own one of these districts you must start some sort of topic stating which properties from your district you will be selling. Whether it’s a building, park, field, farm, what ever but it must be land -You may not sell weapons, cars or any other type of item unless you own a store or you are the district owner with a piece of property that you are liable to sell those types of things from -As a district owner you have responsibilities to sell your properties fairly to other players that are listed in the stats page and if they are not listed inform me who they are -District owners may only sell properties by having the buyers pay full amount for the property or have them pay little by little until they get the full amount needed for them to own it. You could also have properties out for rent where they always pay rent but you can not make them pay a large amount first in doing so -Property owners that have businesses have to make topics saying what they are selling guns and ammo or car parts or even new items for their customers new apartment or house -Property owners that have no business keeps there properties like a house to them selves in the future we might have things where you could have parties and such which will higher your popularity stats but then again this is not Sims so that’s to be decided. But what will be added to the game which relates to the Sims which is house items such as TVs which will be sold in stores once people own a furniture business -Vehicle owners should get insurance and alarms added to their cars when future businesses have those sort of things. Once these types of things are able to be sold people will be able to jack cars that aren’t locked this will be possible when I create an active online city were you stat when you do something this will just be merely another topic where you post for example ‘Original GTA Master locked and turned on car alarm’ This will make it possible for people to steal cars and do other things that will be thought up by either me or you the players. -Along with the topic rule all property owners must PM their district owners asking for properties no one may post in their topics about stuff other then posting your business from their district. if you want to post about a topic you have to PM the person you want to talk to. All business making talks must be through PMing the owners of the District and or Property owners -other rules my be added later -rules may be requested by you the players and will be added if they are good ideas or rules -Since there are so many districts in SA property owners must put there business posted in their district owners topics Table of contents: name of topic.........page number -Rules and Info.......1 NOTE: only one district per person no one could own counties such as Los Santos or Flint County. and things that are on the list that have three bullets before their names cannot be claimed here but from the district owners. Original GTA Master Posted February 6, 2006 Author Share Posted February 6, 2006 (edited) One district per person but for those of you that ask for one district and not a county like Los Santos then you got it by the way... here is my new idea for the game let me know what you think Real Estate Game Active City Rules -This topic will help further the possibilities of the Real Estate Games. -To show that you are using an action you put a * before and after the action like so *Original GTA Master locked his car door* Other actions will be listed for references and if you want to add an action just PM me about it or talk to me over MSN -These possibilities consist of allowing people to jack cars, rob banks, houses, convenient stores ect. -When someone uses the *Steal car* action when a car is locked they have to use a crow bar to open the door and if there is an alarm on the car you are screwed and you will get busted which will cause you to pay a fine of $400 and will spend a day in jail which means you cant conduct business while you are in there. These items such as crow bars and car alarms will be possible for purchase when stores like tool stores and auto shops are under management. -The rob a bank action must be used as follows *Original GTA Master robbed (name of bank)* which will allow you to take 5% of all money in the bank but if there are guards present at the time of robbery you will be finned $2,000 and will spend two days in jail with out conducting business. -Houses and Convenient Stores should carry alarms and armed owners which will result in a bust if caught with alarm will result in a wasted but just like GTA you will basically be sent to the hospital and will pay a medical bill of $100 if shot by any type of pistol, $200 if by a SMG, $400 if shot by a shot gun or rifle, and $2,000 if you are shot by an explosive of any kind if the owners are armed with a gun. If these alarms or armed owners don’t apply then feel free to rob their property. Weapons and property alarms will be sold in stores in the future. This will also be good if someone starts an Insurance company for things like theft. -At this point in the game people aren’t allowed to kill someone unless they are being robbed which will only be possible if the have a gun present at the time of the robbery meaning it has to be in their inventory -This topic will also allow people to chat about other district or property topics or just to conduct business -other actions will be added later suggestions for a action must be Pmed to me before I add it let me know in your next post what you think and put whatyou want added Edited February 6, 2006 by Original GTA Master Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
