If you fail to do that you'll lose the buildning and the money you have earnt from it. Buildnings for sale: Fire station: Price: 50,000$ Daily income: 200$ Description: Make money off your firemen that work theire ass off. Or hide you secret pimp business in there. Car crusher: Price: 25,000$ Daily income: 80$ Description: Crush peoples cars. Charge extra if the cars contains bodies. Head radio: Price: 150,000$ Daily income: 1000$ Description: Make people listen to all the music you send out. Take charged for playing songs that people want you to play. Borgine taxis: Price: 40,000$ Daily income: 160$ Description: Earn from taxi fares. Or even sell taxis. 10% of money earnt from selling taxis should go to me. offroadbike track: Price: 60,000$ Daily income: 225$ Description: Charge people for driving on the track.
