There is no sign for it (that I saw) but there is that open air type plaza/building with the odd sculpture in the middle (there is a hidden package next to it)-- maybe thats it?? No, that's the VAG finance building. Actually, turining some of the unused buildings into buildings mentioned on the radio might make a good mod...
