AT400
Look around Los Santos, especially where there is gang activity. (Grove St., Jefferson, etc. etc.)
Brad
Grove Street, Idlewood East Los Santos gang areas you will find them.
srg
You can find them anywhere in Los Santos. But the dark guy is almost always in Ganton, Willowfield, El corona, Las flores. The fair skinned guy is commonly found in East Los Santos vicinity.

srg
Odd, I don't usually notice them around in downtown or anywhere like that, could be me though. If you spend sometime in the Vinewood, Sta. Maria or Verona Beach vicinity, you can also chance upon any of these two. Would've been nice too if you can find other types of drug dealers in SF & LV. Mainland Marauder
They only appear in and around gang-controlled areas in Los Santos, normally. They become more numerous as you progress in the game. The territory glitch brings dealers to wherever there are new territories. If there is an area where peds are found walking in the new territories there are likely to be dealers. "You tell me exactly what you want, and I'll explain to you very carefully why it cannot be." gillies
Something great to try in a new game is to exploit the lack of police and gang members in the mission "Drive By" (see this thread for details). I went all over the map earlier today spraying the tags and gunning down every drug dealer in sight for about $100,000 profit by the time I was done with all the tags, it seems that with the cops and gang members gone the population of hookers and drug dealers is drastically increased. lolo603
from my experience, i hardly need to gun down any drug dealers to get money. notice that u don't need to spend extra cash for weapons and such since they are scattered all around SA. the rewards from the storyline missions will provide u with enough money to buy the asset that is required* to complete the storyline mission (unless u spent some $$ buying useless safehouses). u don't need to buy any of those safehouses, they are pretty useless and u won't have enough $$ for them anywayz. wait till later in the game where u get the 1 million $ bonus for finishing 1st in every races, and spend that 1 million in properties. Mainland Marauder
Well, you might at least want to buy some of the ones with garages unless you don't care about saving cars. You can only keep so much in your Johnson House, Doherty and airstrip garages, and you don't get a freebie in LV. PS. i did manage to obtained ALL special vehicle in VC without having to get busted/wasted/failing the mission though. it's still a waste of time thou since i can get them w/ garage editors w/ just a couple of clicks. but at least i can obtain them legitimately without hurting my stats back then. I'm playing through GTASA for the third time, and this is the first time I've been offered drugs. They're not welcome in my hood. I shot the first one, an ambulance came and the paramedics revived him, and so I shot him again. Gotta keep the neighborhood clean, right? Careful, though, he'll draw on you. Funny thing about this is he offers you drugs, you are given the option to reply positively or negatively, but both are you telling the dealer to piss off out of there. SWEETSAPRIK
While I see the one in the black tanktop just about everywhere there is a gang territory, the one in the hoody only seems to spawn consistantly in a slim area between the house where you rescue Denise in "Burning desire" and the second set of tags you spray (just East of the basketball courts) in "Tagging up turf." As for seeing them in areas other than Los Santos, the territory glitch is the only way I'm aware of. Interestingly enough, when you do that the drug dealers in SF are almost always the biker with the leather jacket. PяopagaиdaIиc.
Mainland Marauder
I saw the biker drug dealer exactly once in all my time playing SA, in East Los Santos district, the second or third day I played the game. Never saw him again, and wondered if I really saw what I remembered seeing. "You tell me exactly what you want, and I'll explain to you very carefully why it cannot be."
