Is there a mod/tweak considering Wanted-level. Cuz I would like to have the fifth star more harder to get and is tere a way to get the Hydra off from the fourth star level?

i am not quite sure what u meant by this.

 

once u get 4 stars, Hydra will starts chasing u if u are in the air (any plane or chopper works), however u can't jack the Hydra since u are way above the ground.

 

the Hydra will be spawned at the airstrip once u passed a storyline mission. before that, if u want to mess around, simply key in the "spawn Hydra" cheat. make sure u don't save the game afterwards though.

 

IMO the "real" purpose of the Hydra is not quite useful, since u can't do Vigilante Mission with it. however if u achieved 100% one will be spawned near Johnson's House, so then u can go to places without driving all the way to the airport, saves u some time. but before that, there's really no point in flying it.

No no no. I mean that I would prefer that the Hydra wouldn't come up in the sky chasing me when I have 4-star wanted level. I want that it would come up when I have like 5-star wanted level. So in the 4-star wanted level I would only have the SWATs, police and police Maverick on my tail and no military planes yet.
