For me, teleport codes nor spawn codes do not seem to work at all. Any help?

For me, teleport codes nor spawn codes do not seem to work at all. Any help?

 

For the Spawn codes, select a vehicle in the list, and press "CIRCLE" for the "Rhino Cheat Spawns" to spawn the selected vehicle, and press "L" for the "Trashmaster Cheat Spawns" to spawn the selected vehicle. You must highlight the cheat for that to work, or you could do these cheats to spawn the selected vehicle:

 

Spawn Rhino: L, L, Left, L, L, Right, Triangle, O

Spawn Trashmaster: Triangle, O, Down, Triangle, O, Up, L, L

 

For the teleport cheats, select a teleport location, and press "X" to teleport there. You must highlight that cheat and press "X" to teleport there.

I meant the user created codes. Like spawning an expresso to go.

I put it in, turned it on, it shows that it is on but nothing happens at all..

Could it be a problem with my cheats text or corrupt Cheatdevice file?
